Oregon is one of the states that has become far more concerned about environmentalism in recent years. They have engaged in a number of practices to help protect the planet by reducing trash and promoting sustainability.
The SOLVE Oregon Spring Beach Cleanup project is one of the programs Oregon has run in recent years. The most recent cleanup took place on April 17 in recognition of Earth Day. It seems to be a tradition to hold this event on Earth Day each year.
